Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how 11agents collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit the website, join the early-bird list, contact us, or connect a Google service to 11agents.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you choose to provide, such as your email address, name, company, tier interest, and messages you send to us.
We may also collect basic technical information automatically, such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, pages visited, timestamps, and server logs.
If you choose to connect a Google service, we also collect the Google account identifiers, OAuth authorization information, and service data described in Section 5.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to operate the website, manage the early-bird list, send launch alerts and product updates, respond to inquiries, protect the site, debug issues, prevent abuse, and understand interest in 11agents.
3. Email Communications
If you join the early-bird list, we may email you about the Kickstarter launch, product development, availability, and related 11agents updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The public marketing site is designed to work without requiring a user account. Restricted admin areas may use cookies to keep authorized users signed in. Hosting providers and third-party services may also use cookies or similar technologies for security, performance, and delivery.
5. Google OAuth and Google User Data
You initiate and control authorization. 11agents accesses Google user data only after an authorized workspace administrator chooses to connect a Google service and completes Google's consent flow. Connecting a Google service is optional.
Google Analytics 4. The Google Analytics connection requests openid, email, and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly. We use the identity scopes to associate the authorization with the connecting Google account. The read-only Analytics scope lets us list the Analytics accounts and properties available to that account and read reporting data for the property the administrator selects. This data may include property and account identifiers and names; dates; event names and counts; total, active, and new user counts; sessions; purchase revenue; countries; device categories; traffic sources and media; and key-event metadata.
Google Search Console. If you choose to connect Google Search Console, the connection requests openid, email, and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly. We use the identity scopes to associate the authorization with the connecting Google account. The read-only Search Console scope lets us list the sites and properties available to that account, bind the verified property the administrator selects, and display its aggregate search-query performance for the preceding 28 days. This data includes the selected property identifier, search queries, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, and average position.
Limited purpose. We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing analytics, reporting, monitoring, and recommendations requested within the connected 11agents workspace. The scopes are read-only: they do not permit 11agents to edit your Google Analytics or Search Console properties. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising profiles or personalized advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models.
Storage and protection. OAuth token material that we retain is encrypted at rest. We retain tokens and connected-service data only to the minimum extent and for the period reasonably necessary to provide the connected feature, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. OAuth tokens are retained while the integration remains connected and are removed from our active systems when an authorized administrator uses the in-product disconnect control. Access is limited to authorized workspace users and personnel or service providers who need it for those purposes.
Sharing and human access. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except to infrastructure or service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality and security obligations; when you direct or consent to the transfer; when required by law; or when necessary to investigate abuse, security incidents, or threats to safety. Personnel do not read Google user data except when you affirmatively request support and consent to that access, when needed for security or abuse investigation, when required by law, or when the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
Google Limited Use. 11agents' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access, disconnecting, and deletion. An authorized workspace administrator may use the in-product disconnect control at any time. Disconnecting removes the integration's locally stored OAuth access and refresh tokens and attempts to revoke the Google authorization. You may also revoke 11agents' access from your Google Account connections. Either action stops future API access, but previously synchronized aggregate Analytics data or Search Console query previews are not automatically deleted solely because Google access is revoked or disconnected. To request deletion of those records or other connected-service data, email mguozhen03@gmail.com from an address associated with the workspace. We may verify your identity and authority and will process verified requests within a reasonable period consistent with applicable law. Limited residual copies may remain in protected backups until they expire through the normal backup cycle, or longer where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, host infrastructure, process forms, deliver email, monitor security, or manage launch communications. We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.
7. Third-Party Services
The website may use third-party services such as Vercel for hosting, Google Fonts for typography, email or webhook providers for signup notifications, and Kickstarter or payment providers if a campaign or purchase flow is launched. Those services process information under their own privacy policies.
8. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to manage launch communications, operate the website, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, we will remove or anonymize it unless we need to retain it for legitimate legal, security, or operational reasons.
Google OAuth tokens and Google user data are subject to the more specific retention and deletion terms in Section 5.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. International Visitors
If you access the website from outside the country where our infrastructure or service providers operate, your information may be processed in other jurisdictions. Those jurisdictions may have privacy laws that differ from the laws where you live.
11. Your Choices and Rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
12. Children's Privacy
11agents is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after an update means the updated policy applies.
